Other Information

On December 18, 2018, Lior Torem, Chief Financial Officer of Check-Cap Ltd. (the “Company”), provided notice of his intention to resign from the Company in order to take a position with a private company closer to his home. Mr. Torem indicated he will remain with the Company until a smooth transition is complete. The Company has launched a search process for a successor CFO.
