RULE 45 NOTICE OF DESPATCH
We refer to the takeover notice given by Antipodes Gold Limited (AXG) to
Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (CRP) dated 8 December 2016 in relation to
AXG's intention to make a full takeover for all of the equity securities in
CRP (the Offer).
AXG hereby gives notice pursuant to Rule 45 of the Takeovers Code that it has
today despatched the Offer Document in respect of the Offer to holders of
CRP's equity securities in accordance with Rule 43(1) of the Takeovers Code.
Pursuant to Rule 45(1)(a)(ii) of the Takeovers Code, a copy of the Offer
Document is enclosed with this notice.
