Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited Allotment of Shares

Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited’s (NZX: CRP, TSX.V: NZP) rights issue offer ( Rights Issue ) closed on 24 November 2017. The Rights Issue has raised approximately NZ$549,000 in new capital.

CRP has today issued 1,372,830 ordinary shares ( Shares ) to existing shareholders in accordance with the Rights Issue. The issue price of the Shares is NZ$0.40. Shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue are subject to a statutory hold period in Canada expiring on 1 April 2018.
