Tracey Jordan has resigned as Joint Company Secretary of Charter Hall Retail Management Limited, the responsible entity of the Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX: CQR). Mark Bryant is now solely responsible for the Company Secretary role and remains the person responsible under Listing Rule 12.6 for communications with ASX.
