Charter Hall WALE Limited as responsible entity of Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX:CLW) (“CLW”) is pleased to announce that Moody’s Investor Services (“Moody’s”) has today assigned a firsttime Baa1 issuer rating with a stable outlook to CLW.
This is the first time that Moody’s has assigned ratings to CLW.
