Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 31, 2021, Chart Industries, Inc. (“Chart”) issued a press release announcing the acquisition of approximately 5% of the equity interests of Transform Materials LLC for $25 million. A copy of Chart’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
