On March 11, 2020, Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program for up to $75.0 million of the Company’s common stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
