On February 24, 2016, Michael F. Biehl, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intent to retire within the next two months. The Company and Mr. Biehl intend to work together to ensure an orderly transition of his responsibilities to his successor.
