Notice Under Section 708A

This notice if given by Chariot Corporation Limited (ASX:CC9) (‘the Company’) pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ('Corporations Act').

The Company confirms that it has issued 400,000 fully paid ordinary shares (ASX:CC9) as a result of the conversion of 400,000 options exercisable at $0.25 and expiring 31 December 2024. The fully paid ordinary shares are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX).

The Company hereby gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act that:

• (a) The Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

• (b) As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • (ii) section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act.

• (c) As at the date of this notice, there is no 'excluded information' as defined in sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
