Chariot Resources Ltd (ASX: CC9) – Suspension from Quotation

The securities of Chariot Resources Ltd (‘CC9’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2 at the request of CC9, pending the release of an announcement by CC9.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain suspended until the earlier of:

  • the end of the period stated in CC9’s request for voluntary suspension; or

  • the release of the announcement to the market.

CC9’s request for voluntary suspension is attached below for the information of the market.

Dear Mr Logarajah,

REQUEST FOR A VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

The Board of Chariot Resources Limited (ASX: CC9, CC9O) (Company) refers to the request for a trading halt sent to the ASX on 16 February 2026.

The Company requires further time to finalise the proposed financing arrangement and therefore requests a voluntary suspension under listing rule 17.2.

The following information is provided in relation to this request:

  1. The reason for the voluntary suspension is pending an ASX announcement regarding a financing arrangement.

  2. The Company will remain in suspension until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday 20 February 2026 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

  3. The Company expects the event which will end the suspension is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
