Payment of the 2021 interim dividend in cash or in shares
The 2021 interim dividend will be paid as from October 7, 2021:
- €0.48 per share
- Issue of 309,727 new shares, carrying immediate dividend rights
On the strength of the Group's performance in the first half of 2021 and its outlook, at its meeting on September 8, 2021, Chargeurs' Board of Directors approved the payment of an interim dividend for 2021 amounting to €0.48 per share along with a dividend reinvestment option.
The period for exercising the option to reinvest the 2021 interim dividend ran from September 17, 2021 to October 1st, 2021. This operation resulted in the issue of 309,727 new Chargeurs ordinary shares which will be settled-delivered and listed on Euronext Paris as from October 7, 2021. The new shares carry immediate dividend rights and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares as from October 7, 2021.
At the close of the operation, Chargeurs' share capital will amount to €3,933,434.24, divided into 24,583,964 ordinary shares with a par value of €0.16 each, all fully paid up and of the same class.
