This notice as well as the documents and information referred to in Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code are available to shareholders on the Group’s website www.chargeurs.com – in the "Investors" tab – "General Meeting of Shareholders" section, as of the meeting date, in accordance with the law.
