Availability of proxy documents
Chargeurs' shareholders are called to attend the Combined General Meeting to be held on: Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CET at l'Apostrophe 83 Avenue Marceau - 75116 Paris – France
The notice of meeting and the proxy documents, including the meeting agenda, details of the proposed draft resolutions and instructions on how to participate and vote, were published in the Bulletin d'Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO), n°27, on March 3 rd, 2025. A convocation notice, amending the meeting notice, including the main terms and conditions of participation and voting was published in the BALO, n°34, on March 19th, 2025.
These two notices as well as the documents and information referred to in Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code are available to shareholders on the Group's website www.chargeurs.com - in the "Investors" tab -"General Meeting of Shareholders" section, as of the meeting date, in accordance with the law.
