Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Chargeurs Shareholders called for March 14, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. CET
To provide Chargeurs with the usual tools to support its growth strategy in the coming years, at its meeting on January 28, 2016, the Company's Board of Directors decided to call an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders, to vote on various technical resolutions, to be held on:
Monday, March 14, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. CET at Centre d'Affaires Paris Trocadéro 112, avenue Kléber 75116 Paris
This meeting, which will take place after the 2015 annual results have been published, will notably give Chargeurs and its Board of Directors comparable resources to those of other listed companies of a similar size (authorization to set up a liquidity contract, updating the Bylaws, customary set of authorizations to issue securities, etc.).
The advance notice of meeting, which includes the agenda and the proposed resolutions, is being published today, February 5, 2016, in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires.
As previously announced, the Annual General Meeting, to approve the 2015 accounts, will be held on May 4, 2016.
