The notices of the meeting and the proposed resolutions were published in France in the Bulletin d'Annonces Légales Obligatoires on December 30, 2009 and January 22, 2010.

All documents and related information on the Combined Meeting are available to shareholders as prescribed by the law.

To assist the Combined Meeting, shareholders must show their admission card.

• Holders of bearer shares must request the documents related to the Meeting from their bank or broker
• Holder of registered shares will receive the documents directly.
