Charger Metals NL - Upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders
Charger Metals NL ( Company ) will hold a General Meeting of shareholders at Level 3, 30 Richardson Street, West Perth, Western Australia, 6005 on Tuesday, 13 June 2023, commencing at 10.00am (WST). ( Meeting ).
Notice of Meeting
In accordance with the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Bill 2021, the Company is not sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting and accompanying Independent Expert Report to Shareholders. The Notice of Meeting and Independent Experts Report can be viewed and downloaded - from the following link: www.chargermetals.com.au/asx announcements/
If it becomes necessary or appropriate to make alternative arrangements to those set out in the Company’s Notice of Meeting, the Company will notify Shareholders accordingly via the Company’s website at www.chargermetals.com.au and the Company’s ASX Announcement Platform at www.asx.com.au (ASX: CHR).
Proxy Lodgements
Shareholders who choose to lodge a proxy should follow the instructions on their personalised Proxy Form (enclosed), which must be received by the Company’s share registry, Advanced Share Registry, by 10.00am (WST) on Sunday, 11 June 2023.
