Charger Metals NL (ASX: CHR) – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation
Description
Charger Metals NL (‘CHR’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 7 July 2021.
Official quotation of CHR’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:00 AM AEST on Friday, 9 July 2021.
CHR raised $6,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 27 May 2021 (‘Prospectus’) and supplementary prospectus dated 17 June 2021 by the issue of 30,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
