COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING ON OTCQX
Change Financial Limited (OTCQX: CNGFF, ASX: CCA) (“Change Financial” or “the Company”) , is pleased to announce commencement of trading on the OTCQX Best Market in the U.S.
On 2[nd] October 2017 in New York the Company’s shares will commence trading on the OTCQX Best Market under the stock code “ CNGFF ”.
The Company’s shares will continue to trade on the ASX under the existing ASX stock code “CCA” .
As per the Company’s ASX release dated 26[th] September 2017, Change Financial is broadening its global investor base, particularly in the U.S. where there is growing interest in the Company’s digital banking platform (ChimpChange Mobile Banking).
As of commencement of trading, Change Financial shares (OTCQX: CNGFF) will be quoted in US dollars, and may easily be purchased through multiple trading platforms in the U.S.
Trading on OTCQX will expand Change Financial’s visibility in the U.S. market by providing U.S. investors with convenient access to its news, including all ASX announcements, and financial disclosure.
The Company’s shares will remain listed on the ASX under the existing stock code “ CCA ”, and will continue to provide access to local Australian investors.
