Notice pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1
28 September 2021 Change Financial Limited (ASX: CCA) (“Change” or “the Company”) , advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company is intending to hold its Annual General Meeting for 2021 (Meeting) on, or otherwise no earlier than, Thursday, 25 November 2021 at 11am (AEST).
In accordance with the Company’s constitution and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the Meeting is Thursday, 7 October 2021. All nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm (AEST) on Thursday, 7 October 2021.
The Company will announce further details regarding the Meeting in a separate notice of meeting, in due course. Once released, the notice of meeting will be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.changefinancial.com.
