CHANGE TO COMPANY SECRETARY
Challenger Limited (ASX: CGF) today announced Mr Michael Vardanega has stepped down from the position of Company Secretary in order to lead the integration of MyLifeMyFinance Limited, an authorised deposit-taking institution Challenger announced it will acquire on 23 December 2020.
This change is effective immediately with Ms Linda Matthews continuing as Challenger’s Company Secretary.
This release has been authorised by Challenger’s Continuous Disclosure Committee.
