CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

25 October 2012, Sydney – Challenger Limited (ASX: CGF) announces that Ms Suzanne Koeppenkastrop has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Mr Andrew Brown has been appointed to the position of Company Secretary.

The changes are effective immediately.

The Challenger Board would like to thank Ms Suzanne Koeppenkastrop for her service and contribution to Challenger.
