Resignation of Director

BPC announces that Leo Koot resigned as a Director of the Company on 22 January 2021.  Mr Koot, who joined the Board on 24 August 2020 following the merger of the Company with Columbus Energy Resources plc ("Columbus"), has resigned for personal reasons.

Mr. Koot, with his deep prior understanding of the Company's assets in Trinidad & Tobago and Suriname, will remain available to assist the Company, as needed, under the terms of a consultancy agreement.

Bill Schrader, Chairman of BPC said:

"Leo has made a valued contribution to the Board of BPC since he joined on completion of the merger with Columbus, and we are sad that his personal circumstances require his resignation at this exciting time for our Company."
