Notice of Annual General Meeting

Bahamas Petroleum announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP on Monday 4th August 2014 at 13:00 BST.  A Notice of AGM and the 2013 Audited Financial Statements have today been sent to shareholders, copies of which can be viewed at the Company's website www.bpcplc.com.

The Company will also be hosting a presentation for shareholders at 11am on Friday 19th September 2014 at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD.  If shareholders would like to attend, please confirm with Stephanie Power at FTI Consulting on +44 (0) 20 3727 1000.
