Distribution of Chalice Gold Mines Limited Shares

26 June 2006

As disclosed in Uranium Equities Limited's Notice of Meeting (previously Bullion Minerals Limited) dated 4 April 2006, the first tranche of 17.5 million fully paid ordinary shares in the Company were today distributed to shareholders of Uranium Equities Limited who were registered on 15 May 2006.

The second and final tranche of 17.5 million shares is expected to be distributed to the same parties on 25 September 2006.

It is anticipated that share holding statements will be dispatched by Thursday 29 June 2006.
