Court Order Lodged with ASIC
Further to the announcement lodged on 13 August 2009, Sub-Sahara (ASX:SBS) confirms that the court order approving the scheme of arrangement between SubSahara and its shareholders has been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
Upon lodgement, the scheme became legally effective. A copy of the court order is attached.
The record date for determining entitlements to Chalice Gold Mines Limited shares will be 21 August 2009, and it is expected that holding statements for these securities will be despatched on approximately 1 September 2009.
