Chalice Mining Limited (“ Chalice ” or “ the Company ”, ASX: CHN | OTCQB: CGMLF) refers to the Appendix 3Y - Change of Director’s Interest Notice ( Appendix 3Y ) for Mr Alex Dorsch announced to the ASX earlier today.

The previously lodged Appendix 3Y inadvertently included a calculation error in relation to the number of shares held by Mr Dorsch after the change. The Company confirms that the number of shares held after the change is 5,897,770. A corrected Appendix 3Y for Mr Dorsch is attached.
