Appointment of Joint Company Secretaries

Chalice Mining Limited (“Chalice” or “the Company”, ASX: CHN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Chris MacKinnon and Mrs Leanne Stevens as Joint Company Secretaries effective immediately.

Mrs Stevens is a Chartered Accountant and Charted Secretary and brings over 20 years of financial accounting experience and over 12 years of company secretarial experience.

Mr MacKinnon is currently the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and will now assume the role as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary.

The appointments follow the resignation of Mr Jamie Armes as Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Armes has been with Chalice for over five years and the Board sincerely thanks Jamie for his significant contribution to the Company’s growth and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mrs Stevens and Mr MacKinnon will be the persons responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
