Appointment of Company Secretary
Chalice Gold Mines Limited (“Chalice” or “the Company”) (ASX: CHN | TSX: CXN) announces the re-appointment of Mrs Leanne Stevens as Company Secretary, effective 29 June 2018 upon her return from parental leave.
Mr Hacker and Miss Huynh will resign as joint Company Secretary, effective 29 June 2018. Mr Hacker will continue in his current role as Chief Financial Officer.
The Board would like to thank Miss Huynh for her contribution to the Company during this period and welcomes back Mrs Stevens to the role of Company Secretary.
