APPOINTMENT/RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Chalice Gold Mines Limited (“Chalice” or “the Company”) (ASX: CHN) (TSX: CXN) announces the appointment of Mr Richard Hacker and Ms Catherine Huynh as joint Company Secretary, effective 18 September 2017.
Mr Hacker and Ms Huynh will replace Mrs Leanne Stevens who has resigned as Company Secretary to commence parental leave.
The Board would like to thank Mrs Stevens for her contribution to the Company.
