APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER- CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Chalice Gold Mines Limited (“Chalice” or “the Company”) (ASX: CHN) (TSX: CXN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Alex Dorsch as General Manager- Corporate Development effective immediately. Mr Dorsch joins Chalice from the leading global management consultancy McKinsey and Company, where he advised a number of multinational companies on strategy, performance improvement, innovation and business development. Mr Dorsch has a unique mix of experience and skills in engineering and project management, complemented by a strong business acumen. He has demonstrated a track record of success in consulting, engineering and corporate advisory roles in the energy and resources sector, predominantly in exploration and development projects, corporate strategy and business development.
