Appointment of New Director to the Board

Chalice Gold Mines Limited (ASX: CHN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Griffiths as Executive Director.

Mike joins the Board of Chalice following the Company’s merger with Sub‐Sahara Resources NL. Mike previously held the position of Managing Director of Sub‐Sahara. He is a geologist with considerable experience within the minerals exploration sector in both Eritrea and Africa generally and will be a valuable addition to the Board as the Company advances the Zara Gold project towards feasibility.
