Board Changes

Chalice Gold Mines Limited (Chalice Gold Mines) advises that Andrew Bantock has resigned as a Director and the Chairman of Chalice Gold Mines.

The Board would like to extend its sincere thanks to Andrew who has been a Director of the Company since its formation in 2005.

Dr Doug Jones has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Chalice Gold Mines. Dr Jones is a Geologist with over 30 years experience in international minerals exploration in Australia, Africa, South America and Europe, including with Delta Gold, Aurion Gold and TSX listed Golden Star Resources – where he has operated at senior management level and led discoveries, new project generation and corporate development. He was previously a Director of TSX-listed Moto Goldmines Limited and is currently the Managing Director of Liontown Resources Limited and Non-executive Director of AIM-listed Minera IRL Ltd.
