Chalice Gold Mines Limited (Chalice Gold Mines) announces that John McIntyre has resigned as Director of Chalice Gold Mines.

The Board would like to extend its thanks to John who has been a Director of the Company since its formation in 2005.

Bryan Alexander, a founding Director of the Company and a geologist based in Kalgoorlie, continues as a Director, with operational responsibility for exploration.

Tony Kiernan has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Chalice Gold Mines. Tony is a solicitor and has considerable experience in the administration and operation of listed public companies. Tony is Chairman of BC Iron Limited and Solbec Pharmaceuticals Limited and is a Director of Uranium Equities Limited, Liontown Resources Limited. North Queensland Metals Limited and Hailian International Limited.
