RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Chalice Gold Mines Limited advises that Bryan Alexander will step down as a non-executive director of the Company following tomorrow’s Annual General Meeting, due to increasing time commitments of his personal commercial interests.
Bryan was a founding director of Chalice Gold Limited and has consistently contributed to the Company’s exploration efforts and commercial dealings. The Board thanks Bryan for his efforts and contribution over the past two years.
Roger Thompson, who commenced as Chief Geologist in September 2007, will continue to lead the Company’s technical program. Roger has over 35 years experience as a geologist and has also worked in senior technical/commercial roles within the Western Australian Department of Industry and Resources.
