2024 Annual General Meeting Notification

Chalice Mining Limited (“Chalice” or “the Company”, ASX: CHN) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Thursday, 21st November 2024. Further meeting details will be provided to shareholders in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be released in due course.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the Constitution of the Company, the closing date for director nominations for consideration at the AGM is 3rd October 2024.

Any nominations must be lodged at the registered office of the Company no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on 3[rd] October 2024.
