2023 Annual General Meeting Notification
Chalice Mining Limited (“Chalice” or “the Company”, ASX: CHN) advises that its 2023 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Thursday, 23rd November 2023. Further meeting details will be provided to shareholders in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be released in due course.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations for consideration at the AGM is 5th October 2023.
