RELEASE FROM ESCROW

CGN Resources Limited (ASX Code: CGR) wishes to advise that 4,650,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 4,600,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.25 each and expiry 31 July 2026, being subject to voluntary escrow arrangements at the time the Company was admitted to the Official List of the ASX, shall be released from escrow on 1 August 2024.
