Voluntary Announcement

Change in Senior Management of the Company

The board of directors (the "Board") of CGN Mining Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the following changes occurred in senior management of the Company on 19 June 2025:

(i) Mr. Zhang Xueliang ("Mr. Zhang") has been appointed as a vice president of the Company; and
(ii) Mr. Shan Xuequn ("Mr. Shan") and Mr. Zhou Rongsheng ("Mr. Zhou") have ceased to be the assistant presidents of the Company due to work arrangement.

Biography of Mr. Zhang

Mr. Zhang has been appointed as a vice president of the Company and is also currently a vice general manager of CGNPC Uranium Resources Co., Ltd.* (中廣核鈉業發展有限公司) ("CGNPC-URC").

Mr. Zhang worked at China Nuclear Power Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (中科華核電技術研究院有限公司) from July 2008 to February 2012 with his last position being an assistant director of the institute for regulatory control of its in-service inspection center. From March 2012 to May 2017, he worked at Suzhou Nuclear Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. (蘇州熱工研究院有限公司), serving successively as a deputy director of the institute for regulatory control of the in-service inspection and performance test center, and a deputy director and a director of the institute for in-service inspection of the technical support department of its institute for in-service inspection. From June 2017 to April 2022, he worked at the system management department of China General Nuclear Power Corporation* (中國廣核集團有限公司), serving successively as the system management manager and a deputy director of its system and process office (in charge of work). Mr. Zhang joined CGNPC-URC in April 2022 and successively served as the manager of the front-end business of nuclear fuel cycle department and the vice general manager.

Mr. Zhang obtained a bachelor of engineering degree in mechanical engineering and automation and a master of engineering degree in nuclear science and technology from Tsinghua University in July 2006 and June 2008, respectively. Mr. Zhang has been accredited as a senior engineer by China General Nuclear Power Corporation* (中國廣核集團有限公司).
