CGI Files 2006 Annual Disclosure Reports

Montreal, Quebec, December 22, 2006 - CGI Group Inc. (TSX: GIB.A; NYSE: GIB) today filed its 2006 Annual Report on Form 40-F with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the year ended September 30, 2006. The Annual Report contains the audited Consolidated Financial Statements and accompanying notes, as well as the related Management's Discussion and Analysis. CGI also filed its 2006 Annual Report to shareholders with securities regulatory authorities in Canada and in the US.
