INFORMATION RELATING TO CGG COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF APRIL 26, 2018

PARIS, France – April 6, 2018

The Combined General Meeting of CGG will be held on April 26, 2018 at the auditorium of Centre Etoile Saint-Honoré, 21-25 rue Balzac, 75008 Paris at 10:00 am.

Notices for the Combined General Meeting are published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires. The preliminary notice of meeting was published on March 21, 2018 (Bulletin n°35). The convening notice of meeting including the revised agenda and draft resolutions was published on April 4 2018 (Bulletin n° 41).

Holders of bearer shares can also obtain the documents related to the meeting from their financial intermediary.

Holders of registered shares will be directly invited to attend the meeting by BNP Paribas Securities Services.

All the documents and information relating to the meeting are available on the Company's website (www.cgg.com) and will be made available to the shareholders under the conditions provided by law.
