INFORMATION RELATING TO CGG ANNUAL ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF JUNE 4, 2014

CGG (ISIN: 0000120164 – NYSE: CGG) The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of CGG will be held on June 4, 2014 at Centre Eurosites George V, 28 avenue George V, 75008 Paris at 9:30 am.

Notices for the Annual Ordinary General Meeting are published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires. The preliminary notice of meeting was published on April 28, 2014, (Bulletin n°51) and the notice of meeting will be published on May 16, 2014.

Holders of bearer shares can also obtain the documents related to the meeting from their financial intermediary.

Holders of registered shares will be directly invited to attend the meeting by BNP Paribas Securities Services.
