INFORMATION RELATING TO CGG VERITAS' COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF MAY 3, 2013

PARIS, France - April 12, 2013

CGG (ISIN: 0000120164 – NYSE: CGG) The Combined General Meeting of CGG Veritas will be held on May 3, 2013 at Centre Eurosites George V, 28 avenue George V, 75008 Paris at 9:30 am.

Notices for the Combined General Meeting are published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires. The preliminary notice of meeting was published on March 25, 2013 (Bulletin n°36) and the notice of meeting will be published on April 15, 2013.

Holders of bearer shares can also obtain the documents related to the meeting from their financial intermediary.

Holders of registered shares will be directly invited to attend the meeting by BNP Paribas Securities Services.
