Elevion Group B.V. and Techem Energy Services GmbH have signed an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Techem Solutions GmbH, a leading provider of heat supply and energy services in Germany

With this acquisition, Elevion is acquiring the second-largest heat supply company in the German market, thereby significantly strengthening its position as a key player in the ESCO segment in Germany.

Techem Solutions is an established player in the German market, focused on heat supply and energy services for buildings. The company manages 2,278 energy sources with a total installed capacity of 539 MWt and serves more than 2,600 residential and commercial customers.

The integration of Techem Solutions will enable the Elevion Group to further expand its portfolio of services for customers. Together, they will provide comprehensive solutions in the areas of decarbonization, energy efficiency, and heating sector transformation for both residential and commercial customers.

Elevion Group, part of the ČEZ Group, is a European provider of solutions in the areas of energy efficiency, decentralized energy solutions, and decarbonization.

The closing of the transaction is expected in the second half of 2026 following approval by the relevant German regulatory authorities.
