The CEZ Group has become a shareholder in Rolls-Royce SMR

The CEZ Group has become a shareholder in the British company Rolls-Royce SMR Limited (Rolls-Royce SMR)

The closing of the transaction announced in October last year came after the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities. The two companies will therefore now collaborate to deploy the Rolls-Royce SMR's technology.
