On 05 August 2024, ČEZ, a.s. concluded a loan agreemnet with Česká spořitelna, a.s. in the amount of EUR 175 million with a tenor of 5 and 6 years. The interest is linked to the fulfilment of the 2025 carbon emission intensity target.
