CEZ A.S. — Capital/Financing Update 2021

Prague, May 04, 2021 - During the second phase of the tender offer ofUSD 700,000,000 4.250% Notes due 2022 ("USD Notes") ČEZ, a. s., hasaccepted all offers from eligible holders received after the terminationof the first phase of the tender offer (which ended on 19 April 2021) inthe total nominal amount of USD 200 000 at a price of 100.25% of theprincipal amount of the USD Notes outstanding. In total, ČEZ, a. s.purchased the USD Notes in the total nominal amount of USD 22,592,000.
