CEZ A.S. — Capital/Financing Update 2021

Prague, May 04, 2021 – During the second phase of the tender offer of USD 700,000,000 4.250% Notes due 2022 ("USD Notes“) ČEZ, a. s., has accepted all offers from eligible holders received after the termination of the first phase of the tender offer (which ended on 19 April 2021) in the total nominal amount of USD 200 000 at a price of 100.25% of the principal amount of the USD Notes outstanding. In total, ČEZ, a. s. purchased the USD Notes in the total nominal amount of USD 22,592,000.
