ČEZ received CZK 1,463 mil of interest

On October 14, 2020 ČEZ, a. s. received CZK 1,463 mil of interest on tax authority misconduct connected to an administrative actions filed against decisions of the Appellate Financial Directorate in relation to incorrect assessment of the period relevant for granting interest, which was connected to refunded overpayment of gift tax on emission allowances for 2011 and 2012.
