Report Content Ondrej Landa elected as new member of the Board of Directors

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board elected Ondrej Landa,Director of Legal Affairs at CEZ, as a new member of the Board ofDirectors of CEZ, a. s., effective April 1, 2026. The Supervisory Boardalso approved the resignation of Jan Kalina from the Board of Directors,with his term ending on March 31, 2026.

Ondrej Landa is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk Universityin Brno. Before joining CEZ, he worked as Deputy Minister for the Legaland State Property Section at the Ministry of Finance of the CzechRepublic, where he oversaw matters including legislation, litigation,and contractual affairs, as well as the management of strategiccompanies under the Ministry s purview. From 2016 to 2022, he served asVice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CEZ. In January 2022, hejoined CEZ as Director of Legal Affairs.
