New Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CEZ Elected

At its meeting on 27 March 2024, the Supervisory Board discussed thestatement of Bc. Radek Mucha's resignation from the position ofVice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CEZ, a. s., and at hisrequest, approved the termination of his position as Vice-Chairman witheffect from 16 April 2024. Radek Mucha will remain an ordinary member ofthe Supervisory Board.

At the same meeting, the Supervisory Board elected Mr. Frantisek Novotnyas Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CEZ, a. s., effective 17April 2024.
